Terms of Sale and Refund Policy
At Kedze Motor Group, we value transparency and clarity. This policy outlines our terms of sale, including our 'Sold as Seen' agreement and the inspection process required when you browse our inventory or purchase a vehicle through our online platform.
1. "Sold as Seen" Provision
All vehicles are offered for sale on a "Sold as Seen" basis. This means the vehicle is purchased in its current condition at the time of sale, with all faults and imperfections, whether apparent or otherwise. By completing the purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have been given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle to their satisfaction.
2. Inspection & Test Drives
We strongly encourage all clients to perform a thorough pre-purchase inspection and test drive.

Clients are welcome to bring a third-party mechanic or motoring specialist (e.g., AA/RAC) to inspect the vehicle prior to purchase.

Once the vehicle has been paid for and driven away from our premises, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Buyer Obligations
It is the sole responsibility and legal obligation of the customer to perform all due diligence prior to the transaction. This includes, but is not limited to:

Verifying insurance eligibility and costs.

Checking HPI history, mileage records, and MOT status.

Ensuring the vehicle is fit for the buyer’s specific intended purpose.
4. Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for any mechanical issues, electrical faults, or cosmetic wear that may arise after the point of sale. We will not be held liable for any costs resulting from client negligence, lack of maintenance, or failure to perform the aforementioned prior checks.
By placing a deposit or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.
